By accessing or using the website located at concretejohnston.com, or by engaging Johnston Concrete to perform any concrete services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or engage our services.
Johnston Concrete provides concrete contractor services to residential and commercial customers in Johnston, RI and surrounding areas. Services include, but are not limited to, concrete driveway building, patio construction, foundation work, stamped concrete, sidewalk building, and other concrete flatwork and structural concrete services.
All services are performed by or under the supervision of licensed and insured contractors. Service availability may vary by location, season, and current scheduling capacity.
Estimates provided by Johnston Concrete are based on the information available at the time of the estimate, including measurements, site conditions, and the scope of work as discussed with the customer. Estimates are not final contracts.
Final pricing is confirmed in a written agreement or work order before any work begins. Changes to the scope of work - including unforeseen site conditions, customer-requested changes, or permit requirements - may affect the final price and will be communicated to the customer before additional work proceeds.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Material prices, labor costs, and permit fees are subject to change.
Scheduling is confirmed upon receipt of any required deposit and the execution of a written agreement. Work dates are subject to availability and may be affected by weather, permit delays, or other factors outside of our control. We will communicate schedule changes as promptly as possible.
Cancellations by the customer after a written agreement has been executed may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid, depending on the amount of work and materials already committed at the time of cancellation.
Johnston Concrete reserves the right to reschedule or cancel work due to unsafe weather conditions, site access issues, or other circumstances that would compromise the quality of the work.
Payment terms are established in the written agreement for each project. In general, a deposit is due upon signing the agreement, with the balance due upon completion of the work unless otherwise stated.
Accepted payment methods will be specified in the written agreement. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late payment fee and may result in suspension of any warranty or follow-up service.
All prices are in United States dollars.
Johnston Concrete stands behind the quality of its work. Any specific warranty terms applicable to your project will be described in the written agreement.
Concrete is a natural material subject to minor surface variations, hairline cracking, and color variation. These characteristics are inherent to concrete and do not constitute defects in workmanship when within industry-accepted tolerances.
Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by customer misuse, failure to follow maintenance recommendations (such as sealing), ground settlement beyond our control, or damage from third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Johnston Concrete is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or from the provision of services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to any customer, for any claim arising from our services, shall not exceed the total amount paid by that customer for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
